Submitting an OrderHow much does service cost? Price depends on where the defendant is located. Our prices range from $65 to $125. LACPSD charges per address/defendant or respondent, and the number of cases being served. I am serving more than one defendant at the same address. Can I gat a price reduction for the second person or more? For each person served, the rate will be charged the same. A fee will apply to each address and person being served. If you have more than one person at the same address, the fee will be the same for each one. How do I know if you serve in a particular area? If you would like to know if we serve in a particular area, please visit our home page at www.lacpsed.com and scrool down. A list of cities and counties will indicate which areas we service. I need to serve someone, but don’t know their address. Can you find them for me? Absolutely we can! We have excellent skip tracing capabilities and we utilize them for defendant or respondants who may have skipped out. How do I create an account with you? You may request an account through our website when you upload your first set of documents. If you need more than 50 or so a month served, you may utilize our monthly billing service. I need someone served on a military base or in a prison/jail. Do you do that? All jails in Los Angeles County can be served by a registered process server. Other prisons that are out of county may not allow a server on the property to serve. Please check with each prison individually to determine. I need server names for my Motion and Order. How do I get those? You may place an order online specifying your need for the name of a process server. You may also call us directly if it is urgent and we can give you a name of a server that will be responsible for serving your process. I’m ready to place an order. What’s next? How do I edit or remove the "FAQ title"?"The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
